What this site is

This site introduces a service that gives retail and HNI investors access to Pre-IPO and unlisted shares, and it publishes three service levels: a Starter setup at no charge, a Premium plan of ₹4,999 a year, and an Institutional plan priced to the requirement.

Nothing on this site is investment advice. The prices, the sectors and the companies named here are what the business publishes, and a person decides for themselves whether to act on them.

The risk the business states

Unlisted and Pre-IPO investments are subject to market risks, liquidity risks, and regulatory changes. Please read all scheme related documents carefully before investing. Past performance is not indicative of future returns.

What is not published here yet

The legal entity that operates the site, the registration it holds, and the terms on which a plan is suspended or ended are facts the business holds and has not published. This page names their absence rather than a term that may not be the real one.

These terms are governed by the law of India. The business operates from Delhi, and any dispute is subject to the courts there.
