What a paid plan costs

The only paid plan this site publishes is Premium, at ₹4,999 a year. The Starter setup carries no charge, so there is nothing to refund on it, and the Institutional plan is priced to the requirement rather than at a published rate.

How a refund is asked for

A refund is asked for in writing, from the address the plan is on, and says which plan it is about and the reason for it. Calling +91 8368938052 during the business hours starts the same conversation.

The window a refund is measured against, and how a partly used year is treated, are facts the business has to state and has not published yet. This page names their absence rather than a period that may not be the real one.
