What this policy covers

This policy covers this site: the pages you read here and the messages you send us from them. The application behind the Login button is a separate product with its own accounts, and this page does not describe it.

What the site collects

• Nothing on its own. These pages have no account, no sign-in, no form that submits anywhere, and no advertising or analytics tracker.
• What you send us: the address you write from, the message you write, and the phone number you give if you ask for a callback. It reaches the same team that answers the phone.
• What a subscription records: the email address it is sent to, and the service level it is on. Nothing else about you is needed to run it.

What is not done with it

Your address is not sold, and it is not used to buy advertising. It is used to answer you, to send the alerts you asked for, and to keep the record of what we agreed.

How long a record is kept, and where it is stored, are facts the business has to state and has not published yet. This page names their absence rather than a period that may not be the real one.
